The specifications of our HV/LV panels, including design, dimensions, material, and electrical characteristics, are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate information, actual product performance may vary based on use conditions.
4. Orders and Pricing
- Order Placement: : Orders can be placed via email, website, or directly through our sales team. Orders will only be processed once confirmed in writing by the Company.
- PricingAll prices are subject to change without notice and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the invoice.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Lead Time: Delivery times vary based on the product and order size. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.
- Shipping:The Company will arrange for shipping at the Customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the products leave our premises.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.
6. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty: Our HV/LV panels come with a warranty period of 1 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
- Liability:To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electrifying India Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds:If a product is returned due to defect or damage, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and logos displayed on the website or provided in product documentation are the exclusive property of Electrifying India Private Limited. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
